Ilya

The Water Goddess, The Pool Maiden

Deity of the Wind and Water, Deity of Good Fortune, Deity of Harvests

Ilya represents the powerful nature of water, and its bond to the land. Many whisper thanks to The Water Goddess even if not actively promoting those tenets. Sea Captains, farmers, fishermen, and even travelers will keep Ilya in their prayers for favorable winds or rains, or lack of, depending on their need. The Water Goddess is thanked for good weather, good luck, and good harvests. Ilya can be cursed in the same breath when prayers are not answered as expected.
