Jorn

The Traveler, The Explorer

Deity of Bards, Deity of Adventurers, Deity of Journeys

Jorn represents the long road, whether it takes one away from their home or back again. Often mentioned in thanks when a map holds true, and asked for strength to complete a grueling march, The Traveler is a welcome friend of those afflicted with wanderlust. Many dream of standing on each shore or climbing every named mountain peak, and while Jorn might be named during the journey, The Traveler can bring both blessing and curse. For just as dawn can light a shadowed path, nightfall can cause the most seasoned explorer to walk awry.

Symbol: The night sky over an endless road

Alignment: Chaotic Neutral

Domains: Strength, Travel, Chaos

Favored Weapon: Short Sword (For the short blade can carve a path, dig a trench, and cut kindling; all while protecting the road and those who walk upon it)

Dogma: Never walk the wood when the road is near. Never sail the storm when the cove is near. Walk when warm, and shelter when hot. To walk the long road requires strength, but to know when to run requires wisdom.
